Wrinkles / Fine Lines

It is essential, with age, wrinkles and fine lines appear. A wrinkle is caused by the gradual disappearance of two proteins, elastin and collagen. The epidermis which is the the most superficial layer of the skin loses its subcutaneous fat, becomes thinner and more slim. One of the effects of aging is a reduction in estrogen production which leads to loss of elasticity of the skin and decreases the formation of collagen giving the skin the appearance of being more relaxed. Then, the skin becomes drier and fine lines appear. In fact, the skin accumulates waste over the years caused by many aggressors such as the sun, tobacco, and pollution. There are two types of facial wrinkles either expression wrinkles linked to the repetition of muscle contraction and old age wrinkles linked to sagging facial skin.
